RETURNS

As our product are ‘made to order’, meaning produced on demand we do not refund the product. However, you can return the item and get a full credit note or exchange.

You can return the item you purchased within 14 days from when the order arrived to you to get a full credit note or exchange, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

The product(s) must be returned to:

GOMIS, 18 rue de Bruys, 13 005 Marseille, FRANCE.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. 

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at info@gomis.shop with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return as well as a shipping label.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the credit note will be issued and valide for the next collection.

Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
